How we got here.
The platform did not arrive fully formed. Each step below added an asset class, a capability, or a way for outside investors to participate.
- 2003 The principals begin acquiring real estate — the foundation of what becomes Elevation Capital Group.
- 2004 First manufactured-housing community acquired, beginning the focus on the asset class.
- 2009 Trailer Cash published — one of the most-read books on manufactured-housing investing.
- 2010 The first two investment funds launch; both are later completed full cycle.
- 2013 Funds 3 and 4 launch in consecutive years (2013–14), both achieving full-cycle returns.
- 2015 Funds 5, 6 and 7 launch in consecutive years (2015–17), expanding the portfolio nationwide.
- 2020 Fund 8 launches — disciplined investing continued through market cycles.
- 2023 The ninth fund launches, further expanding opportunities for investment partners.
- 2024 Endeavor Communities launches — the platform's dedicated property-management affiliate.
- 2026 The Freedom Funds platform opens, bringing the family of offerings under one roof.
