These terms govern your access to and use of this website. They sit alongside the Important Disclosures, and in the event of any conflict with an offering’s documents, the Private Placement Memorandum controls.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”), operated by Freedom Funds, LLC (“Freedom Funds,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to the Site’s Important Disclosures, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, or modification requires our prior written permission.

09 Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
10 Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after a change is acceptance of the revised Terms.
