Platform vs. issuer. “Freedom Funds” refers to the Freedom Funds platform and its affiliated entities. Any securities are issued by the specific fund entity identified in that offering’s documents — for example, a named limited partnership, limited liability company, or Delaware Statutory Trust — and an investment is made in that entity, not in the platform or its manager.

02 Accredited investors only

Interests in Freedom Funds offerings are offered pursuant to an exemption from registration under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and are available only to verified accredited investors. Freedom Funds will take reasonable steps to verify accredited-investor status prior to accepting any subscription.

No registration; no regulatory approval. These interests have not been and will not be registered under the Securities Act of 1933 or the securities laws of any state, and are offered in reliance on exemptions from registration. Neither the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission nor any state securities regulator has approved or disapproved of any offering, passed upon its merits or fairness, or confirmed the accuracy or adequacy of this website or any offering materials; any representation to the contrary is a criminal offense.

08 1031 exchange notice

Certain offerings, such as Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) interests, may be structured with the intent to qualify as "like-kind" replacement property under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.
