01 Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide through the Site: for example, your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and the details you include in an inquiry, registration, event RSVP, or investment-interest form. We also collect limited technical information generated by your visit, such as pages viewed and general device information, as described under Cookies below.

Information you type into our forms may be saved before you submit. To help us respond to your interest — including when a form is started but not finished — the name and contact details you enter into forms on this website (for example the investment flow, the connect window, or the document registration window) may be saved and used to contact you even if you do not press submit or complete the form. If you do not want information retained, do not enter it into a form.

02 How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, verify eligibility to view offering materials, provide documents you request, administer events, operate and improve the Site, meet legal and compliance obligations, and (where permitted) tell you about offerings and events that may interest you. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us.

03 How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: our affiliates and service providers who help us operate the platform (including our customer-relationship, hosting, and email providers), who may use it only on our behalf; professional advisors such as auditors and counsel; and government authorities where required by law. If you invest, information you provide may also be used in connection with subscription processing for that offering, as its documents describe.

04 Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential: they make the Site work. Others, used only with your consent where consent is required, help us understand how the Site is used. You can manage non-essential cookies through the “Cookie settings” control in the Site footer, and through your browser settings. Declining non-essential cookies does not limit your access to the Site.

Website engagement analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we and our customer relationship platform record how you use the Site: the pages you view, how far you scroll, how long a page is active, and where you click, including which links and buttons. If you have given us your email address, for example by registering or submitting a form, this activity may be associated with your contact record so we can respond to your interests and follow up with you. If you decline analytics cookies, we record page views only and none of this engagement detail is collected. We do not record what you type into form fields, and we do not sell this information. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the Site footer.

05 Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as law and regulatory recordkeeping require, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as the right to know what we hold, to correct it, to request deletion, or to object to certain uses. To exercise any right, contact us as described below; we will verify your request and respond as applicable law requires. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

07 Children

The Site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
